Package Your Items
Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and invoices are included to prevent damage during transit.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 48 hours; please ensure you obtain a signed pickup slip for your records.
Quality Check and Refund
Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality inspection, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
